Tip: use maries "super bleu cheese" dressing

I considered using dressing, but I didn't want all the other ingredients that comes in the jug of dressing too!

I think next go around I will strain the injection through a sieve or try and find blue cheese that breaks down better when heated. It was a pain using the large injector for the tiny wings!

I used your recipe and found that if you blend everything in a blender or a food processor there is no problem with the injection...Great recipe by the way!
