My team bought me the Big Easy oil-less turkey fryer as a gift over the holidays.  We've got some decent weather this weekend so I decided I would try it out for a trial run.  Seasoned with vegetable oil yesterday, prepping wings and chicken now.  Figured this was closer to grilling than smoking so posting here.

Wings injected with 1:2 ratio of creole butter and Frank's buffalo sauce.   They are now marinating in the remainder of the sauce:

The whole chicken was just injected with creole butter and is also marinating now:

Sorry, not a smoking thread this time but had to try it out.  More to come later today!

Daughter is on her way home so we'll probably fire the whole chick soon.

Looks tasty!

I just saw though that Keith posted the juiciest ever chicken in the rotisserie section.

You guys will have to duke it out I guess!

My typical go to is a rotisserie on the summit, have also done smoked.  This beats them both hands down.  The others were good but this is making me snack while wings are cooking!

Had to fly this morning b, unfortunately I'll miss most of clean up.  I'll let you know if I hear any feedback from my better half.

Looks great.  This is a toy I could want.
Thanks Adam - I was skeptical myself, so far I would recommend.

I really didn't either, but a gift is a gift!  Thanks for the point!

Everything looks fantastic!

Might have to look into one of those things!

Thank you Al!

Any feedback or thoughts, Briggy??
My apologies, just got back from business travel again.  Wife says she just soaked the pot overnight in the sink and everything came off quite easy.  I would also say they recommend a 10-15 minute burn off after cooking, which I didn't do on this run.

Is it dishwasher safe? Thanks for circling back!
