Hello everyone and thanks for allowing me to join your awesome forum.  I just recently took delievery of a MES 30" smoker with the window but not the new model.  I haven't started using it nor have I even seasoned it yet due to some family obligations.  Kids baseball and soccer, you know the fun stuff.  Anyways I just wanted to say hello and thanks again looking foward to posting some amazing Smoked Q on this forum and getting ready to receive some wealthy knowledge from all of you.
