Saving "in progress" posts

Is there any way to save  the work you've put into a post or thread? OMG I just spent an hour working on a new thread with pics and got down to the very last photo and the thread just froze up on the add photo part. Man did that just break my heart. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Squirrel

I save large posts in a notepad on my desktop. Then I just copy and paste the text along with the money shots.

I used to have problems with posting large threads myself.Then I found out that you need to use the remember me button when you sign in and then you can take all the time you need to post a thread.Thats cured it for me.

Good method, or use MS word and don't save, just copy and paste.
