Sausage Roll Recipe

2lbs pork sausage
1lbs ground beef
4 tubes pizza dough or pastry dough
4 eggs
3 tbsp Worcestershire
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp SPG seasoning
1/2 cup cheddar
1/2 cup bacon
2 tbsp red pepper flakes
In a bowl mix meat, SPG, 2 eggs, bread crumbs, and Worcestershire.
Roll out dough into a square, place meat mixture in a row along the edge of dough. Roll up, slice into half’s. Place on a sprayed cookie pan. Mix other two eggs and baste the tops of all rolls. Sprinkle red pepper flakes on.
Pre heat grill or oven to 350. Place rolls in for approx 20-30 minutes.
Remove and add cheese and bacon bits on top. Place back in for approx 10-15 minutes.
Makes approx 8 sausage rolls.
