After a few tries, I got my sausage recipe down. What a difference than store brought. Now I am looking to make some with Broccoli Rabe, then some with peppers and onions. With the rabe I usually flash boil it to eliminate the bitterness. Does anyone do this or just fresh. thanks for any advise. And what ratio do you use per lb of sausage.
