Lazy Saturday so decided to smoke some items at 10 am. Went to store and bought 7 lb bone in shoulder, a 3 lb boneless pork roast, and a rack of baby backs. Got them all rubbed up and in 250* MES by 11:45am mixing hickory and apple woods. Initially only planned on the ribs being ready for dinner using 321 method. Ended up foil and coolering the roast at 6 pm for an hour, pulled apart effortlessly so had that for dinner as well. Shoulder smoked til 2 am then I put it in the oven at 230 for another hour to finish it off wrapped in foil. Pulled it this morning.
