With spring finally arriving I'm working on this while I do some other things around the house today. Cooking 2 10lb butts, twice smoked taters, and a double batch of wicked beans for a college group tommorrow. For us tonight I have a 4 lb corned beef brisket. Hope everyone is having a smokin' good day :grilling_smilie:
