Sat smoke

So it’s 3 hours in and the tube is going strong... I will probably let it been out and let it rest outside overnite it’s going to be 40 degrees tonight.
 
But damn,no bacon for breakfast.There's always brunch....Should be fine with cherry.I just had some Brats - 3hrs @ ~230* apple w/water in pan and thought they might be oversmoked but they were delicious.Threw them on at a whim at 3:30 while I was working in the yard.Lovin' this 14.5 WSM :)
 
After 4 hours of smoke. Test piece. Smells good!!

looks great! I'm gonna have to try a tube w/pellets.I take that it puts out a good bit of smoke
 
Gonna try to get some beef short ribs in before the rain tomorrow.Though the smokers are under roof.We'll see.
 
Just posted a thread on it....Can you hang them vertical and light top pellets?
 
No because if the meat is below the pellets heat rises and the smoke will never hit the meat
