I started with that then Joel @seenred came along.

I was running into HD for some bits and pieces to complete a workbench I'm building, and saw they had 3 large Santa Rosa grills out front. They appear to be a beast of a cooking machine, for $499. Not something we have room for, or for which we could ever make use of the full capacity, but I snapped a pic just because I've never seen these at a big-box store before.

FYI: HD SANTA MARIA> Embers
There is another smaller model.
$299.
No adjustable racks, just the main grate.
I believe only 4 hooks .
1 Charcoal basket.
Very small only 26 Inches.
Cheaper but smaller ?
I know you ENABLERS ARE DROOLING....

I just went along with it, but no one has mentioned it, maybe I’m missing out on some SMF insider info… what’s a Santa Rosa? It even says Santa Maria on the sales tag, so what’s with Santa Rosa? I’ve googled, I just get driving directions, I’ve AI’d it, so it’s gotta be SMF insider stuff, right?
I could have sworn I'd seen both names in common use, but in searching now I'm only seeing Santa Maria...so I fixed the thread title and my first post..
