This was in a recent thread but was kind of burried with all that is going on. I wanted to punch it up because it is an amazing seasoning that you will not likely find in any store. I bought a bottle from Amazon and love it. I noticed a few days ago that they have it for 38% off ($7.99 each) so I bought three more. I have no idea how long it will last but get it while you can.

Weird that they say 38% off=$7.99 I buy it at Costco for less than $9.00 for the same size, granted they don't always have it when you want it. I can't stand when Amazon inflates prices, then calls it a sale, they do it all the time.
I still order two bottles to make it through winter, until their next latest greatest rub comes out in the spring. :emoji_stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: :emoji_laughing:

I'll have to pass on that.
I looked at the ingredients. Garlic is second on the list.
Probably the only person on the forum that absolutely hates garlic.

Im literally cleaning out the seasoning cabinet as we speak, and then I see this... dang you Chris 😂

I generally can’t or shouldn’t use anything with salt as the first ingredient. How far off would the taste be if I made my own with a significantly reduced salt component? Not Santa Maria anymore?

It would still be Santa Maria BBQ. If you have to watch your salt intake you have to.
