Didnt get any sliced shots! It was fine way to fast! The roast was marinated in Henderson relish, cracked black pepper, garlic and onion. Added rosemary and thyme to the salt. Popped the Dutch oven into the GOSM running a 350 pit temp. Pulled the roast at 120. Cracked the roast out and let it rest for 30 minutes then served. Was tasty!
