Well I put my smoked Salmon Lox to use today. I saw something similar to what I made and had to give it a shot!

- French Bread (toasted), some special kind that looked great
- Heirloom and on the Vine Tomatoes
- Red Onion I soaked/pickled in red wine vinegar for about 20 minutes
- 2 cream cheeses
- Left Side - Jalapeno Cream Cheese
- Right Side - Regular Cream Cheese
- Black Pepper
- Some thinly sliced lime for a little juice and visual appeal
