Hi all,

My name is Ryan and I live in CT.  I like to do a lot of pork shoulders and briskets, but recently I've decided to start trying out some whole hogs and lambs.  I'm in the process of designing plans for a rotisserie cooker for whole animals.  Looking forward to learning a lot.  Thanks.
