Put some fiesta steak seasoning on the BIR today, covered and in the fridge for the weber around 530 ish.

I like to put parkay on the steaks.

Few mins per side.

And how about a guitar pic bread (nan bread)

Made some rice and cut the bread.

Easy RV grub.

Looks like a real good meal. Those little naan breads are awesome. Also i never thought of parkay on the steaks! May gave to try that.

I use Parkay on poultry.... Now I gotta try it on beef and then pig...
