Chicken wings done in a rotisserie basket on a webber kettle.

Seasoning: black pepper and baking powder+salt (mixed at a ratio of about 1:3)

Refrigerate for a few hours

Cook temp ~400°F

Cook time ~ 1 ~ 1.5 hrs

The wings cook very uniformly and the skin gets nice and crispy. No need for sauces or extra seasoning.

Thanks for looking

Nice!! I like that basket and plan on replacing my flat one with something like that. Awesome looking wings!

Well done! How many wings fit in that basket? I was surprised that it took that long to cook at 400F. I cook mine on a Kamado Joe indirect at about 400F and I don't think they take more than an hour. Wonder if the rotisserie changes things?

Nice ! I bought the flat basket to do stuff like this . Mostly chicken parts , but Need to try wings .
I recently did a split whole chicken . Came out good .
