Brushed it with EVOO and cooked in the pellet cooker(makes a great oven also with very little smoke) at 350 for 50 minutes. I cooked in a pan until the dough started to cook because it was super sticky and wanted to fall apart then i moved it onto the grates and eventually foil under it so it did not melt cheese all over lol. Then add cottage cheese and spaghetti squash and its was a delightful dinner. The watermelon for dessert and a movie(with prob popcorn later lol) to cap off the evening.
