Hi, I live in SW Florida, but lived most of my life in Calif. BBQ is big in Cali, but BIGGER in the South ! I love innovative bbq ! However, my real passion is making salami and smoked meats like bacon and all types of smoked sausage ! Been making salami for 2 years and have made some really good stuff.Happy to be part of this forum !
