While at the grocery I ran across this small half loin and thought it would be the perfect size to turn into something rolled although I've never rolled one before. Here goes nothing! lol ...

First butterflied it and pounded it flat. Next layered in the ham, jalapeno pepperjack cheese and spinach. What do you think? Gotta say this was pretty darn tasty and will definitely do this again! The possibility of ingredients is endless but I sure liked this run.

Kieth that looks great,I still haven't had a chance to use my Octo Forks. Points

Okay, I THOROUGHLY enjoy that post.  Thanks for sharing.  Nice toy too!
Thank you sir!   OctoForks are great, I'm loving them. Regular forks are obsolete to me now.

That's a great looking loin!

Well done!!

Thanks Al, now I'm going to start searching for smaller loins (or tenderloins) so that they're good size for rolls.   I've never been the biggest fan of plain old season pork loins but this takes them to a new level for me.

That looks great!. Love the posts!   Can't wait to use mine.  I will be doing one of those Target $3.25/pd Ribeye roasts soon on the weber with the Octoforks (once it gets above -15).
