Roast Beef & Horseradish (Tear Jerker)

These make such Awesome Sammies, I just had to show them off.

I’ll start with a couple small Steak Rolls coated with Horseradish (Kelchner’s).
Then I add a bunch of thin sliced Smoked Roast Beef & some American Cheese.
Then I dipped them in my Au Jus one bite at a time.

This time my Au Jus was a mixture of the following:

1/2 Cup——Johnny’s French Dip Au Jus.
1/2 Cup——Meat Drippings from the pan I smoked the Eye Round in.
3/4 Cup——Water.
Bring to Boil & Stir.

The only thing wrong with these little Sammies is they’re so Tasty & so easy to devour that it’s really hard to stop at only 2 for me, but I managed.

I had 6 of these Sammies in 3 Suppers so far, and another Special RB Club Sammy I’ll be posting in the near future.

BTW: I almost forgot to mention, This Kelchner’s Horseradish was good stuff as usual, but while eating I had to inhale through my nose & exhale through my mouth to keep my eyes from watering & my nose from running!! Now That’s Good Stuff!!!

Thanks for Stopping by,

Bear

Looks really scrumptious Bear.
Point for sure.

The wife makes sandwiches similar to these. She cooks the meat in french onion soup with some Worcestershire sauce. Then puts them on rolls with provolone cheese and bakes them enough to make the outside of the rolls crusty, then a squirt of horseradish sauce. They are a favorite in our house. Another one is Italian roast beef made in the crock pot with some dry Italian salad dressing. Top with diced giardiniera and some provolone cheese. Both are sloppy and wonderful.

I love horseradish on beef! Looks like you nailed it John!!

Thank You Dan!!
One other thing I like with Roast Beef & Horseradish is Rye Bread, but we don't stock it because Mrs Bear doesn't like it.
I gotta get some for my next run of RB sammies.
