Roadtrip Sourdough

Wife and I are getting ready to head out this Sat on a road trip to visit family, First to GA, Then up to MD to see wife brother and our oldest granddaughter, then back down to GA to drop off granddaughter we picked up then to TN to visit my oldest nephew the LA County firefighter. Then back home to start baking for the customers and the market....WHEW

I have 6 more to make/bake.

Man I miss my oven...it died a couple weeks before Christmas, new one on order...dues in another month.
