rubbed them 4 hours before the cook. grilled them 15min each side then i wrapped in foil with a glaze on ribs and some beer in the foil. grilled like that another half hour.

tater tots on the side. man it was a good chew.

note to self, remember this glaze! lol - thick sweet soy, acv, soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, powdered ginger.
 
thanks it wouldnt happen any faster without a pressure cooker. they were just into the tender stage. i wasnt sure what i was going to get but it was 7pm and we were starved. lol just had a chunk after fishin for breakfast/lunch.

wife out of town so im smoking more bass and a deer roast, thats been brining, tomorrow.
