 Had a great Weekend, my wife's niece and her husband loved everything (No so much the Char Siu) They don't like Chinese food, But the Ribs, Chicken and Beans were a big hit. #2 son and his wife loved the Char Siu and wants more, Both the grand sons love the Ribs and beans.

I was a very nice weekend, I'll be doing more Char Siu in the near future. Good Stuff 

Thanks to the guys how posted all the wonderful Char Siu that gave me the push I needed

36 hours of High Winds here----Lost Power from 4:45 AM until 6:45 PM last night !!!

Didn't want to power my 'Puter off of the Generator.

Nice looking Ribs as always & a Great Tutorial !!!

It was below freezing here, and was chilly in the house Sunday morning, but the Generator kept my Meat freezer & Kitchen Combo going real good.
