Hey all, we love ribs round this chaotic zoo... LOL! Who don't love ribs? :D

This go round was some pork loin back ribs & beef chuck short ribs...

Smoked em up at 235* on the GMG with apple pellets. No prep pics.. But here's the pics we got! Pork loin back ribs...

Great looking meal! Any ribs are good, but beef ribs are the king! Looks like you have mastered your GMG!

Just got the replacement control board for my GMG yesterday and hoping that solves the problem so I can use it this week
