Ribs n Butt

Well beautiful day excellent gaames and the smoker doing its thing. So today placed some pork ribs on as well as a pork butt. Both came out totally awesome. I really feel great when my wife to enjoyed them as she is not much into smoked food. Oh well more for me.

I hear that good thing is she is there always helping me prep the final dish with shredding and adding the BBQ sauce
