Just got a new Master Forge dual door smoker...Breaking it in with a couple of racks of ribs and a few chicken thigh for good measure. Can't wait until they're done!
The Money Shot...dang those ribs were good. I'll be eating leftovers all week but somehow I don't mind
. Did the 2-2-1 & they turned out perfect! Smoked with hickory all the way through. Rub was sort of thrown together topped with famous Dave's sweet sauce. I'm stuffed!
