Put some ribs on. Kind of a rainy day here but got a break in the weather. Smoking at 250-270 for around 4.5 hours. I have used my own rub. Hopefully they turn out as good as they usually do but this is the first time smoking ribs with bad weather. I will keep updates coming and look forward to yalls input. Thanks for viewing

I like to smoke in the rain but not the cold , seems to help the meat to be moist but that maybe just a excuse to smoke !
