So for the past few days I've lived the Bachelor life again and on the last night, I decided I would treat myself to a good steak dinner. I went to the supermarket and found a nice ribeye steak that was reduced to sell.
The steak was seasoned with S&P prior to grilling and rested in a foil tent with a pat of butter on top.
Served with grilled romaine salad and zucchini.

Conclusion: Absolutely delicious, I'll have to make sure the wife goes out of town for work more often!! :biggrin:
