Ribeye on my “Q”

Well, Mrs Bear said, How about a Ribeye on Sunday before the Eagles Game?
She had already gotten one out to thaw, so I’m not going to argue with the Boss.

It was time for a Tasty “Choice” Ribeye anyway, and since we started Splitting one, instead of making two, I’m Game!
So she marinated one in some Teriyaki Marinade for a couple hours.
Then out to the Grill I go.
It was a Fine tasting Ribeye, and the Eagles Blew out the Vikings 38 to 7, so we were Happy Bears!!! Super Bowl here we come!!

Enjoy the Pics!

Dang!
I remember those days. I used to que up ribeye's several times a week.
Sometimes just for me while the wife stuck to her Atkin's boxed food.
I used to boil up some taters on the side burner.
I was a meat and taters kinda guy.

Now, it's a lot of Chicken. And Baby Back Ribs now and then.
I asked her to get a Pork Roast yesterday. She said she didn't like pork roast.
So now I know why I miss it, we never have it.

Good Looking Plate Can't go wrong with a Ribeye

Yeah, I hear ya John.
I can as well, too. As long as it's white meat or Salmon, and taters.

We have a give and take household.
I give, and she takes. :D
"You want anything from Costco?"
"Salmon, a Bottom Round Roast, and a Pork Roast."
So far I'm at 33%... She did get me some Salmon. Froze. Plastic Salmon.
The Butcher said they don't carry Bottom Round Roast. I guess they raise a special kind of cows for Costco.
And she doesn't like Pork Roast. But she would've gotten me one if I really wanted it.

I like your grill. What make is it?

Bear That is a fine looking piece of steak,I like the color and grill marks. Points

Looks like another great plate Bear. That Q does do a nice job. Now onto the million dollar question. Are you superstitious enough to have the same exact plate this Sunday?

Point for sure.

Probably going to have a Nice Philadelphia Cheesesteak to eat before my Underdog Eagles get their 3rd Underdog Post Season Victory in a row.

Nope---Philly Cheesesteaks tomorrow.
However I have an Eagles Blanket for watching TV, but since I didn't use it the whole season, including the last 2 weeks, I will not be using it tomorrow, after a 15 and 3 run this year so far.
And Thanks for the Like.

Bear,
I'll have you know... I was so intrigued by your "flattop" grill, I decided to turn my grates over to get bigger flatter grate lines.
Whatcha think? LOL!
