Hey all, got together for a Q & a couple cold ones with a few guys from work & their fams.... So, here's a bit of Q view from Sat night !

Thurs night put some leg quarters in Pops brine...

Picked up some rib tips & a slab of St. Louis spares... Seasoned the quarters & ribs up with some Billy Bones Q Rub..

Just tossed the quarters & ribs on the GMG with apple wood & tossed the ABT's on the mini with KBB & a chunk of Kiawe wood !
