Merry Christmas and a VERY Happy New Year to everyone and their families....

Thanks to everyone that allowed me to help, on the FORUM....   It provides a sort of self worth and satisfaction to be able to pay stuff forward..   God knows I've been helped over the years and I'm thankful for that help..

We are closing out the year, with a glorious meal..  One of our most delicious to be sure...

7 bone choice rib roast...  $4.88 with all the discounts.. $90.......   ...left overs...  wrapped in plastic and freezer paper and vac packed

using Lisa's vac machine and bags...

........
..2 rows for a faster smoke..about 2.5 hours worth...                              ... anxiously awaiting the start of the smoke..

Todd's AMNPS and Pitmaster's Choice pellets..

...
..Scallops that are AWESOME...  My bacon....                             ... spinach salad and Hawaiian rolls finish the plate....

..Bacon pre cooked for 20 min At 350....  1# of bacon didn't         ......  roast cooked to 122 F.....  the smoke was perfect...

go very far...  I guess it's sliced too thick...   but the                      .. it did not overpower the meat.....

scallops were sooooo good.. it's our new go to side dish....

Scallops go better with BACON !!!!

........Thanks for looking ...........

Merry Christmas and Happy new year to you Dave!

Thanks for all your help on the forum, guys like you make it the best place on the internet for all things BBQ.

That is a meal fit for a king. I LOVE the combination of surf and turf. Very nice.

Here's to an even better 2017.
