I've been learning about reverse flow smokers over the last year and would like to build one. What I don't know is what I want to build. It will definitely be made out of steel but I don't know what I would like. I have owned 2 MES units and have a Komodo Joe ceramic currently, but I would like to do 25# of snack sticks or brats at a time as well as smoke brisket, ribs, poultry, fish, cheese, etc. I'm convinced I want something vertical for space reasons. I really don't see where anyone has built an electric pellet reverse flow vertical build either. I also want to be able to move it inside and outside. I won't be trailering and don't want to pay for an already built smoker. I've got a MIG welder and have welded aluminum and steel projects in the past. (Not that I'm good at it. Just that I've done it). I'm looking for advice and ideas before I build. Thanks.

See my posts. I have built a bunch of RF verticals that are insulated.

You can use my ideas ($50 per idea) :)
