Hello all
I new to the forum and I'm looking into building a reverse flow smoker.I have access to a old 16 by 33 (1990) air compressor tank .I'm not sure what thickness it is yet or what the inside looks like. But I was wondering if the people on here think that is too small to fab into a smoker ..I figured I would have to cut the door at 27" long and I'm just not to sure if that's just too small ..I mostly do ribs and whole chickens and usually not cooking for too many people maybe 10 at the most ..I guess I'm not sure iif spending the money on the material to build a small smoker is worth it ..right now I smoke on a Weber grill. and I always wanted a reverse flow smoker I'm just not sure if that tank would be to small ..just looking for other people's opinions
