The Caveman Sear On Them T-Bones !!! My wife when I asked her if she'd like the Caveman Sear for her steak she said "What's that ?" Then I described what the Caveman Sear was & then she said DO IT !! I'am a lucky man, with a girl that wants a Caveman Steak !! :yahoo:

LOL...looks good.   Do yourself a favor though Justin and do caveman with lump or good quality hardwood briquettes.    Lump is the preferred way but what kind of briquettes did you use?

When i don't use lump i used Chefs Select... not bad for it.

Thanks Buddy, I just used KBB.... It tasted pretty dang good.... Though the next time, I'd use the lump I do believe, but the wife loved it ! Thumbs Up

Thanks again for the info Keith ! Lump next time it is ..... Still gettin funds for the mini, doing re landscaping of the yard & it's a $$ drainer.... I will eventually become a mini guy..... :biggrin:
