Wait a minute!!! What about the Worchestishire bath?? Where's the Q-view?? I should speak, just got done reverse searing T-bones!!! Mmmmm so good, no q-view too much in the hopper!
 
LOL...looks good.   Do yourself a favor though Justin and do caveman with lump or good quality hardwood briquettes.    Lump is the preferred way but what kind of briquettes did you use?

When i don't use lump i used Chefs Select... not bad for it.

Thanks Buddy, I just used KBB.... It tasted pretty dang good.... Though the next time, I'd use the lump I do believe, but the wife loved it ! Thumbs Up

Thanks again for the info Keith ! Lump next time it is ..... Still gettin funds for the mini, doing re landscaping of the yard & it's a $$ drainer.... I will eventually become a mini guy..... :biggrin:
