Can anybody chime in on which is a better product? Restaurant Depot Superior Angus Brisket (i think its just Choice Angus). or Costco's prime brisket. Both are similarly priced at $3.35 for RD and $3.79 for Costco. This is pricing in Los Angeles if you were wondering.
I always use Choice with great results. About 2 months ago Sam's had Prime Brisket on sale. I tried it, and found it wasn't as moist and had less marbling than the Choice. Disappointing for much more money, even at the sale price. I'll be staying with Choice.

I have done a couple of Costco primes in the past with excellent results. Superior, as far as I know, is just a sales gimmick, and just because it's Angus, doesn't mean much either
