Reputable aftermarket grinder plates

Looking to buy an 8mm pate for an LEM #12 grinder. LEM does not make an 8mm; they only make a 6 and a 10mm. Anybody have a recommendation for a company that makes good plates? thanks in advance. Also in the market for a 19 or 20mm plate for better chunks to stuff andouille.

Bummer.....no 5/16" (8mm) plate....

8 mm = 5/16 " diameter (just over ¼")

Thank you Winterrider, very helpful. Yes I do believe Weston and LEM are interchangeable with 2 3/4" plates (69mm).
