I have a sous vide unit and I want to reheat some leftover prime rib that was medium rare. Just looking for best temp and time I’m looking at for a reheat? Thanks.

Yes, the time doesn’t matter too much but the temp does. If you want it close to medium rare, don’t put the heat over 130. The time depends on the thickness of the meat. Maybe 20 to 60 minutes depending on amount of meat and thickness.
