I just got some neat accessories for my Trailblazer and Bullseye. They are cord management hangers and a plug for the grease drain. They are sold by Hilbe on his ETSY store. He had cool gadgets for all the models. Check him out.

How do you like that Bullseye? I have not been able to get one purchased before they sell out :(

Have to admit I got lucky and happened to check email a few minutes after one of the announcements and had card info already in my account settings.

I like the Bullseye as a compliment to my Trailblazer. I use the Bullseye for quick cooks like you would use a gas grill or a kettle grill.

For example chicken wings or thighs are easier because of access to the meat for flipping or moving around. it can get a lot hotter than Trailblazer. For true low and slow or more smoke flavor the traditional RecTeq's are superior.
