Recently started smoking 6 months ago

My pop gave me a great pellet smoker.
I've smoked TriTips, Briskets, Pork Shoulders, chops some chicken thighs. But I'm ready to hit the next level of smoking. I found this group and so many people seem to be knowledgeable. So thanks in advance for sharing only hoping I can share and help some. Maybe! But like I said pretty new to the smoking world.
