Omg. Been raining in Jersey for the last 8 days.. so I could go outside
And crank up the smoker .. been there done that. No fun, so I’m inside with my Sous Vide and two nice prime Ny Strip Steaks
 
Its getting harder to deny myself from getting an SV. Im seeing so many uses. I look forward to seeing pics of your finished cook

I just use a regular torch, but those things look serious!

A regular torch leaves a propane taste
The sear all uses the 8000 head more BTUs..
