Omg. Been raining in Jersey for the last 8 days.. so I could go outside
And crank up the smoker .. been there done that. No fun, so I’m inside with my Sous Vide and two nice prime Ny Strip Steaks

Trimmed up a bit, course salt , ground pepper and garlic powder.. into the vac sealer

Sous vide set for 130 for 2 hours
( I know it says 129 but it swings back an forth)
 
Its getting harder to deny myself from getting an SV. Im seeing so many uses. I look forward to seeing pics of your finished cook

A regular torch leaves a propane taste
The sear all uses the 8000 head more BTUs..
