Is my bacon bad? Please help

Im not seeing anything outrageous. Keep going. If the cure doesn't flow around the the slabs perfectly you can get odd patterns on the bacon. A "slime" isn't out of the ordinary. I agree, keep going. Then test cautiously. My gut says you are fine.

Recently I had some similar questions after curing a strip of a Boston butt. Here is that thread.

My color change was surface related.
 
Well, sorry for the delay but here is my last batch of bacon. I sliced it all before getting pice of the slabs. Duh.
