Just joined the site and been looking at all the great QViews posted up on the site.Got my mouth watering. I don't have any recent pics since i just spent the past few months in the deer woods hunting but i plan to get started back up smoking soon!! I'll post up some pics of my upcoming cooks as i go along.

Till then i figured I'd share a few pics of a Pulled pork and Canadian Bacon cook i done this past year.  It all turned out great. 

CB cured and the butt rubbed.

 Just a simple meal with a mason jar full of ice tea..

LOL nothing wrong with a little shine but 190 proof...... Doubt you could taste much of anything after a swig of that.
