Here is a loin I picked up today and decided to season it with some salt onion garlic sugar smoked paprika and Chipotle pepper Then wrapped in bacon

Thanks Gary!

Didn't quite get a ton of smoke in it but I'm guessing bacon could of prevented that. Tasted very good though and the gf said she could taste smoke a little bit. All in all I'll be bringing leftovers to work to stink up and make people drool from it for lunch tomorrow!
