Quick Tenderloin Supper... Shweeeet!

Ok, I lied. Sausage, hamburger, pepperoni, mushrooms, green pepper, onions, green onions, fresh spinach, feta cheese, mozzorela, provolone, colby jack, parmesean, topped with sliced tomatoes and hal yo peeeen yoz. Cooked 35 minutes on the grill set to medium with a sweet thin line of blue applewood smoke seepin out around the edges... shweeeeet!

Nice job. I love grilled pizza and imagine that smoked pizza is even better. Once I'm back to real food, it'll go on my list.

Sorry Mark.... store bought but excellent. Fischer and Wieser brand. I got it at Sams to try and fell in love with the stuff. Excellent on fatties and tenderloin.
