I was wondering.  Sometimes my local supermarket puts bb's on sale for around 7 dollars a rack, pretty decent sized meaty ones too.  Has anyone found that freezing them and thawing them out later to cook say 2 weeks later has taken away from the flavor/tenderness.  If it doesnt, i'd like to take advantage of these deals.
