I was wondering if anyone had a recipe or something to replace with tender quick. A cure that can be made at home and used safely for making beef jerky. I dont have any income due to a major car accident and wanted to try and sell some jerky to friends and people i know, and try to make a little money for my family.

             Thank you in advance, Masonman

Now there is another cure but it's NOT a replacement for tender quick. You can use this cure instead of TQ but you CAN NOT use the same recipe that you were using for the TQ. It is a different cure and has different amount used in this curing.
