Question about AMNPS

What is the difference in burning dust vs. pellets

Pellets perform very well for cold smoking, all the way up to 275°+

Sawdust will perform well up to 180° or so.

Pellets produce more smoke than burning sawdust

Pellets produce a little more heat, so some guys use sawdust for smoking cheese.

The AMNPS burns sawdust or pellets

The AMNS burns sawdust only
