Since I was doing cheese I asked fam an friends. If they wanted me to smoke for them to. Only catch, is they cut and wrap. I wanted to do it all at once. Which that did'nt work. So the last 3 days she's be puffin away. pepper jack, moz, provalon, chedder, and sharp chedder w/ pecan and the amazen pellet smoker 4/5 hrs. After this last batch I'll post pics
