I do a lot of looking on the Internet for recipes and smoking-meat.com is my favorite. The two sauces I used were out of a book called Low & Slow. They were called Not Arthur Bryant's Barbecue Sauce and Not Gates and Sons Bar-B-Q Sauce. I picked those two because a number of guys that came over were familiar with Arthur Bryants and Gates.
